I filed my taxes on the 12th of February and I was supposed to receive it via direct deposit through cash app but when the time came to get my refund on the 7th of March I never received it and I’ve been checking my where’s my refund and the irs say they don’t have my information on file and I’m restless can I get someone on the phone please

Mine as well and I can’t seem to get anyone on the phone!!!!!

The IRS processes your refund. If your refund included earned income credit, additional child tax credit, or stimulus, your refund is expected to be delayed. See Why is my IRS refund taking longer than 21 days?

I have the same issue. I am really not concerned it is taking a long time to get the refund. I understand they are backed up. I am concerned because Turbo Tax (Deluxe Edition) states my return was accepted. (Not approved, but accepted.) And ONLY Turbo Tax has stated it was accepted. I have not received anything from the IRS saying it has been accepted. The WMR site states "We cannot provide any information about your refund. You must wait at least 24 hours after you get the acknowledgement e-mail that your tax return was received by the IRS." I would rather not wait to here there was a clitch in electronic filing on April 15th.

Once your return has been accepted by the IRS, that's the end of TurboTax involvement in processing the return. IRS is now processing the return. You will have to contact the IRS about the status of your return. Normal processing should resume soon, since the bulk of the 3rd EO
P is in progress.

The status of my return on the IRS website is "Your tax return is still being processed" and underneath that it says "A refund date will be provided when available" I'm concerned because I haven't received anything from the IRS and haven't been able to get anyone on the phone. My return was accepted by the IRS on 2/15/21. I've spoken with other individuals who filed their returns after this date and have already received their refund. What could be the issue?

Most refunds are received within 21 days from the time a return has been accepted (received). However, some returns take longer than others. It's possible your return may require additional review and take longer to process.
The IRS Where's My Refund? site is updated daily usually in the evening hours. You can also call the WMR Hotline at 800-829-1954 for updated status.

When I call the WMR Hotline I get a voice recording that just says "due to technical difficulties, we cannot take your call at the moment. Please call back at a later time." I can't get anyone at the IRS, including their online system that hasn't updated in a month, to give me any kind of status update whatsoever.
