Last year 2020 Tax return is not yet received

I am trying to do efile which is most reliable way to fill up the taxes return rather doing through Mail filing where I had bad experience for last year (never received the return transcript online or through email). Now when I try to fill this year return through Turbo tax, software tries to match last year AGI but since IRS has not completed my returns in system which I sent last year July-2020. What is the option available for me.

What shall I do now?

Use zero for your 2019 AGI. If zero will not let you e-file then you will need to file by mail.
