      <description>&lt;P&gt;The IRS (Federal) is seriously backlogged because of all the extra stimulus filings, and taxpayer confusion regarding the Recovery Rebate Credit.&amp;nbsp; Open your TT account, and go to the File tab to check the banking info that you submitted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3739056" target="_blank"&gt;@jhjohns7&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp; You&amp;nbsp;can check the status of your&amp;nbsp;third payment by using the &lt;A href="https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/get-my-payment" target="_blank"&gt;Get My Paymen&lt;/A&gt;t tool.&amp;nbsp;The IRS will use data already in its systems to send the third stimulus payments. Taxpayers with direct deposit information on file will receive the payment that way. Those without current direct deposit information on file will receive the payment as a check or debit card in the mail.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
