Why does turbo tax say my payment was completed but sbtg says zero? How does this happen?

What does the IRS website state? You can stay updated on your refund by visiting Where's My Refund?.

It says still processing a payment will be made when it becomes available 🥴 was accepted on Jan 13th and still NOTHING ☹️

Once the IRS has accepted your return, it then goes into processing status until they review and approve your return. It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to go from acceptance to approval, however, they are currently experiencing a delay.

Keep tracking your return on the IRS website Where's My Refund site for status. The IRS updates the site daily in the overnight hours usually. For more information on the process, please see My return is accepted but still not approved. Is there a problem? Should I be worried?
