My status has been saying "Your tax return is still being processed.A refund date will be provided when available " but most people are telling me that they received their return and there bars was stuck on "refund received" and I also read if you claim ECTC that the irs didn't send those out until after the 15th

The IRS has been backlogged, both in processing and in updating statuses. A lot of folks are still waiting for refunds.

The WMR is delayed people still getting their refund even when WMR is not updating their system
