Refund status

I filed on 02/10 and my return was accepted when the season began on 02/12. Since then, my refund status hasn’t changed. After I input my information, it asks me to verify the information I entered. Once I do that and enter the date that I filed it says no other information can be given about my return. At first I figured it was an issue with the EITC.

I’ve read around and the consensus seems to be that they’ll send me a notice to verify my identity but I’ve yet to receive that as well. Has anyone had this happen?
