Why does TurboTax only print the first 3 pages of my 5 page Arizona Tax return form 140 for mailing instead of all 5? Will Arizona accept this?

Arizona state return was no W2, but with minimum 1099-R income plus Social Security thus standard deduction with no tax due but eligible for $25 refund. Do I need all 5 pages? If so, why did TurboTax not print them?

I'm seeing a similar problem with my Arizona return. It only prints 3 pages, but at the bottom of each shows, Page 1 of 6, Page 2 of 6, etc. I'm not sure if this is an error, or if there are 3 pages missing from the printed return.

And I did print all pages that it said I needed to print for filing.

I found the solution. The AZ 140 form has 6 pages but in my case pages 4 thru 6 were blank and not needed for my return. I guess that’s why the TT software leaves them out of the final return that gets filed.
