I completed my taxes and they were approved. When I go to check the status of my refund, and I give my information. It keeps saying my information is incorrect. I don’t know why, when the information is all correct. I haven’t received an update.

Same here. Returns were accepted by the IRS on 2/11. The "Where's my refund?" IRS page says my info is not correct.

Same here I hv no clue what's going on I called the irs and they told me to check my info an try again I did several times 🙄🙄🙄 she also said they can't look at it until it's been 21 days. Tax turbo said I'm post to receive my refund on the 6th an the 21 days is up on the 5th.but the wmr app tells me to check info and try again. I filed on the 12th and it got accepted on the 13th according to tax turbo.

I’m having the same issue!! It’s driving me crazy. I’ve never had this issue before. I’m worried TurboTax is to blame.. I know they had issues with the last stimulus check.

I spoke to the irs they said the where's my refund is having some issues and many ppl don't get any information even if u know ur putting it in right. I was told I would have it sent to my bank on the 6th which is what tax turbo said.

With that being said you can either call them and see what they say about yours or you can see what date turbo tax gave you and just go by that. But she said if i don't get it by the to call on Monday

Log on to tax turbo if ut on a phone hit view desktop mode under the amount you get back it will hv your date you filed the date it was accepted and the date that you can expect your return . Hopes this helps!

Mine said the 2nd on TT but the IRS said there’s no way because they didn’t process any until the 12th but I also Know people that received theirs before then. The IRS doesn’t even recognize my info?

I submitted my own on the 27th of Jan, it was accepted by the IRS on the 7th of Feb and I got my IRS refund the 11th of Feb. There does not appear to be any rhyme or reason as to what/whom/how they are processing and when. As for the IRS not yet "seeing" your information in their system, this is because they are behind in updating that part of their system - it is a transfer over from one receiving system to another "posting" system. If you received from TurboTax confirmation of receipt and acceptance by the IRS this is a fwd message to you from the IRS via TurboTax.

Anyone get their refund? Mine still says “error” when I know and have tripled checked everything! I’ve called the IRS and they just keep saying they can’t help till after 21 days..

I spoke to the irs yesterday they told me by the 6th I should receive It so fingers crossed 🤞🏽 I still have the error message on WMR but on TT it's says I should receive it by the 6th

Mine does too I know the lady at the irs said the app was having issues and some ppl might get that message when they try to use it. I guess we are in that some ppl category

Same here. Usually Turbo Tax gives you an ETA. My taxes were accepted in less than 48hrs but still no answers.
