You must pay the TT fees first. After you do, try printing a few pages at a time (as the file may be rather large).

Thank you for responding. Unfortunately, your suggestion did not work. I "had" already paid TT. I even got my accepted responses from FED and State. Still not able to print cover sheets or full return (with all attachments and worksheets. After a second try with TT support, in which I was told to add a state and then the Tools feature appears on the right and I can select print/download, I was finally able to get the cover sheets and full return pages. A very difficult process of getting the answer. Thanks again.
