i received my return this year but it hasn’t updated on turbo tax to amend my other form , do i keep waiting for turbo tax to update my return and the irs because both sites still say accepted but nothing more and i need to amend another form

You cannot amend until late March, when Form 1040-X is available here.

You should wait for the IRS because you don't know what adjustments or other changes they may have made to your original return.

NEVERTHELESS, many filers don't wait.

Form 1040-X is available now on the IRS website.
