I logged in to my regular credit karma account and theres no option on there or turbotax to create the "money spend account" when I google and selete create account it says money spend is at capacity. Where is my refund going to be deposited?

If Credit Karma refuses the deposit, it goes back to the IRS. The IRS will then mail you a check. But why not call Credit Karma and see what your options are with them?

Here is a number for credit karma if you need further assistance. I was able to accomplish and resolve the issue with 5 to 10mins on the phone with a customer support agent after sending a week and a half emailing the customer support and getting no where just going round and round.

Where is the number for credit karma? That's nice it took 5-10 mins for you to resolve. I however spent hours searching the internet and every website I could think of to find their number. There is absolutely no customer support phone number that allows you to speak with a live agent. The 1800 number they have listed for credit karam doesn't work. They even tell you on their website they have no phone number.
