It sounds like you e-filed, so you will need to print out a state form required to mail in with your name change form. To find out what state form you need to include, and where to mail the forms, go back to your State Tax Return PDF. The first page of your state return will have all of the instructions you need.

To get back to your State PDF, here is a link https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/2670586-can-i-print-later - it is about printing, but you can also access and view the PDF with these instructions, so you're good.

My name changed and Georgia Requires PDF documents showing my name change, but wont let me download my PDF document. I Can't file my taxes yet.

You will need to save your PDF document with your name change to your computer first. Then in 'Other forms' section of your state return, select start next to 'Indicate you have Changed your Name'. Indicate that your name has changed and continue.

Next, click on the Browse button to locate the file on your computer and upload the document. See image below.
