      <description>&lt;P&gt;What number?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Do you mean your AGI?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Dd you transfer 2019 in to 2020 when you started the 2020 return?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;if so it should already be there.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; If you did not use the exact same account and user ID you will have to look it up.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;You have to access your own account and/or&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For 2019, did you use Online TurboTax or desktop software?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Desktop software is separate from Online TurboTax.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, if you used Online TurboTax for 2019, then the 2019 data should have flowed into your Online 2020 return when you started.&amp;nbsp; If it didn't, then you may have multiple accounts and are using the wrong one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-body lia-component-message-view-widget-body lia-component-body-signature-highlight-escalation lia-component-message-view-widget-body-signature-highlight-escalation"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-body-content"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-body lia-component-message-view-widget-body lia-component-body-signature-highlight-escalation lia-component-message-view-widget-body-signature-highlight-escalation"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-body-content"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-body lia-component-message-view-widget-body lia-component-body-signature-highlight-escalation lia-component-message-view-widget-body-signature-highlight-escalation"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-body-content"&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your 2019 returns were prepared in&lt;U&gt; Online&lt;/U&gt; TurboTax, log into your account and at the &lt;STRONG&gt;Tax Home&lt;/STRONG&gt; scroll down and expand the section &lt;STRONG&gt;"Your Tax&amp;nbsp; Returns &amp;amp; Documents"&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Choose tax year 2019, and then click &lt;STRONG&gt;"Download/print the PDF",&lt;/STRONG&gt; or if you just need the 2019 AGI, there is also a link&lt;STRONG&gt; "View adjusted gross income (AGI)."&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; If you can't find your 2019 return there, then you likely have multiple accounts and signed into the wrong one.
