    <description>&lt;P&gt;I don’t understand why we all have to call to solve this problem. I have imported financial data from the same source for years. &amp;nbsp;I imported the first file from this source this year without problem. After that I got the same message as everyone else after multiple tries of multiple documents. This is negating one of the main advantages of the program. &amp;nbsp;I may move to a different platform next year. &amp;nbsp; Has anyone had any luck in this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been having to repeat the recaptcha process multiple times to pass verification while importing accounts into TurboTax Premier.&amp;nbsp; The latest one I have tried 6+ times and it always says something like "Google recaptcha verification Failed”.&amp;nbsp; It cycles through all the pictures and lets me select but will not pass.&amp;nbsp;  I even had my 20 year old son watch while I did it.&amp;nbsp; I am unable to file because of this.&amp;nbsp; There has to be a way to get around this? &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

working, the&amp;nbsp;most likely source of the problem is “cookies,” little pieces
of code that are sent to your browser so we can personalize your experience.&lt;/SPAN&gt;
