    <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to e-file with Turbo Tax and received this rejection code, I called the local Social Security office and was told my social security number has never been locked, they will mail a letter to me staying that as well, why did I receive this rejection code then?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;I am not sure why the IRS rejected your return.&amp;nbsp; I will suggest you to paper file your tax return, unfortunately.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;This rejection code is issued when the Primary SSN in the return has been locked because Social Security Administration records indicate the number belongs to a deceased individual.&amp;nbsp; The SSN is locked so that it cannot be used fraudulently. You have no choice but to print, sign and mail the tax return to the IRS.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
