Filed Jan 28 Fed and State and still pending. Should I do something?

No you do not do anything. There are a LOT of returns ---- millions --- on servers waiting to be accepted/rejected by the IRS. The IRS just began to accept/reject e-files on 2-12. Watch your emails---you should see something soon.
