      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, there's no way for us to know the reason behind your tax refund being taken. Within the next couple of weeks, you will receive a letter explaining what happened and the name and contact info for the agency that your refund was put towards. There will also be dispute instructions if you do not agree with the amount of the offset or do not believe that this is a debt that you owe.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is from the IRS website:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
  &lt;I&gt;You should contact the agency shown on the notice if you believe you don't owe the debt or if you're disputing the amount taken from your refund. If you don't receive a notice:&lt;/I&gt;
