I filed this year with Turbo Tax and never once in the process did they ask for my AGI or PIN from 2019. I was then rejected by the IRS because, The primary taxpayer's AGI or Self-select PIN from last year does not match IRS records.

So if I wasn't asked these questions then how does the IRS know my info doesn't match?

I'm looking at My AGIU from another Computer that I've filed Turbo Tax with the Your taxable Income the Same as AGI ???

Taxable income is different from AGI. See our FAQ on how you can obtain your Last year's AGI from your taxes filed with Turbo Tax.
