I pre qualified for the advance refund but just checked on TurboTax and it says I was not approved. Why wouldn’t I be approved for the loan last minute?

First Century Bank, N.A. Member FDIC handles the decisions for the Refund Advance based on certain criteria.

I recieved a email stating my refund advance loan was sent to my debit card but when i checked for funds its not there and theres no record of it being deposited other than the email from turbo tax. Theg are all giving me tge run around on whovtovtlk to and noone is helping me figure it out at all snd my taxes were already accepted. Someone plz help me figure this out i dont even know where to start. Plz and ty
