Stimulus and Pending status

Just realized that the next stimulus check will possibly look at the 2020 return if filed not 2019 - I filed 2020 for my daughter which is in a "pending" stage - she was eligible based on 2019 return but if they lower the AGI to 50K will not be this year.

I know pending returns can not be pulled back, but since this situation arose, can you please reconsider that stance.

What would you like TurboTax to reconsider? TurboTax does not write tax laws. And you are getting quite confused. The tax laws in place right now are not changing for the first and second rounds of stimulus checks.

Congress is arguing, discussing and debating changes to the tax law for a possible third round of stimulus checks---but they have not done anything yet. If and when they do, we will find out how the change will be implemented.
