      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having an extension is going to protect you from "Failure to file" penalties until October 15th.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can still login your turbotax account and complete your taxes having an active extension is not going to cause any problem, for the installment agreement you need to file form 9465. To get to Form 9465, go through the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;File&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;section of TurboTax until you reach the screen&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;How would you like to pay your federal taxes?&lt;/EM&gt;&amp;nbsp;(You won't see this screen if you owe $0 or are getting a refund.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then select&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;I want to request an installment plan&lt;/EM&gt;,&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Continue&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and follow the onscreen instructions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;
