I just found out we get to claim my son every year now (we didn't realize this when we filed our taxes in Jan) we had to file an injured spouse form with our original tax return. I'm now trying to file an amendment to get my sons portion of the return but need to know if I need to send in another injured spouse form with the amendment even though we already sent one in with our original return.

First do NOT amend the return until you get the original refund ... sending in the amended return too quickly will mess things up for months. Then you will need to file another injured spouse form with the 1040X.
