I forgot to submit my M1PR after filing but it states my MN State return is already accepted. Do I still need to fill out the M1PR and mail in that with the CRP?

Yes - Mail in the M1PR form and CRP. Sign your return at the bottom of the second page of the form. Your spouse must also sign if you file jointly.
