After getting the email my Turbo Tax for 2019 was ready, I followed the directions, but it keeps giving me the Turbo Tax for 2018.

I keep getting into the free tax return portal which requires me to go into that portal whenever I wan to work on my taxes. It is an entirely a new process than formerly. I wish to download the program as in the past so that I can acess the program. Your new method has been a pure hell of wasted time.

No I'm not giving any more details. Unless someone calls me and clears up this problem I am calling the Better Business Bureau and tell them exactly how I have been treated! Plus when I called and someone was supposedly "helping me" the phone cut off because she took too long!!!!
