 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;If you mailed in your tax return with your payment attached, the IRS would cash the check and mark that you did not file a tax return.&amp;nbsp;Checks should not be attached to the return. The return is not processed. You need to&lt;STRONG&gt; mail your tax forms again&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;If you filed electronically, you need the DCN. The DCN is how the IRS tracks tax returns. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;

  &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;Call our customer support line, they should be able to tell you your DCN after verifying it is you. You can&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/" target="_blank"&gt;fill this form out&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#4a4a4a"&gt;for someone to call you from TurboTax &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
  &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;Once you have the DCN, you can call the IRS and give it to them to trace. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="color:#4a4a4a"&gt;Call the IRS at 800-829-1040 and try not to push buttons so a human will answer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
