You appear to be using Live Deluxe. That Live feature is available during business hours. 8AM-5PM Pacific, Monday-Friday.

The Live portion of your product allows you to contact an expert for Live tax help and return preparation help from a CPA/EA tax pro. It also includes a final review of your return, which they will sign, and continued tax help/advice during the year.

Live Deluxe is currently 119.99 for a Federal return and 44.99 for a state return. If you choose to pay the fees out of the Federal refund, there is an additional 39.99 service fee (44.99 for California filers.)
