      <description>&lt;P&gt;We in the Community do not have access to your IRS account data for privacy reasons, so we don't have the ability to look into your question.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We can hope that you were caught in the recent IRS in making stimulus deposits, and&amp;nbsp;as @Catina wrote, the corrective action for this is occurring now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;TurboTax does not receive either refunds or stimulus payments. These are handled (if you are paying for the tax services with your refund) by a third party bank, whose information we in the Community do not have access to either.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;This is a public forum, and for privacy reasons, we do not have access to customer tax data or their interactions with the IRS.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
