Second Stimulus

I spoke with IRS FINALLY today and was informed that they aren’t holding my second stimulus that it has been released to TurboTax bank. When will TurboTax release the funds to their customers ? I show on my transcripts that it’s suppose to post on the 4th but it didn’t. Can someone explain ? I been on hold with customer service for hours and no answer
