I’ve read that they will be distributed by turbotax if that’s who you filed your taxes with.

There was an issue with this 2nd round payments if you opted for a refund transfer to pay your filing fees out of your refund with certain tax preparer companies. TurboTax and H&R Block is the 2 known as of now. If you did pay your filing fees this way, then your stimulus was inadvertently sent to the pass through account they use to receive your refund and take their filing fees before forwarding and depositing it to your own personal account. H&R Block customers lucked out because they kept their pass through accounts open therefore they've been sending customers payments to the personal accounts they provided when they filed. TurboTax on the other hand closed the accounts with Green Dot and all payments were rejected and sent back to the IRS. As of now, the info I received from the IRS, it will be 4-6 weeks for rejected payments to be sent out by paper check. Also, these rejected payments won't be included in the January 15th deadline because technically they were initially issued before then. It's being said that TurboTax, Green Dot and the IRS are working to fix the problem and attempt to issue payments to the correct accounts but basically don't bank on that and for now just anticipate receiving your stimulus payment by mail next month or so. Such a crappy situation for so many people that waited so long for the small payment that we are receiving.

To check on your second stimulus payment, please follow these steps:

Check the IRS Get My Payment tool. The tool should tell you where your stimulus payment was
deposited or mailed. The IRS has indicated there’s nothing you can do to change where they send
your payment.
If your payment was delivered to a prepaid Turbo® Visa® Debit Card and you no longer have it, we’ll
help you get a replacement card at no cost. Just click on this link: Get a replacement card
If you paid for TurboTax with your refund last year, we have given the IRS your correct account
information and they are working to send your payment within days.
If you were entitled to a stimulus payment but did not receive one, and you didn’t pay for TurboTax
with your refund last year, you may need to claim the Recovery Rebate Credit on your 2020 taxes to get your money.
