Refund to pay for turbotax

I filed Jan 2020 for my 2019 taxes and accidentally selected to have turbo tax paid for out of my refund. I still have not received money back for my taxes. I called the IRS and they told me they sent my refund to turbotax. I can't get anyone kn the phone with me and I can't find any information on my turbotax account. How do I get ahold of some to help me get my money!?

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax. TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

I called and submitted a message online with that company and they are telling me my social is not valid. I need to talk to someone from TurboTax. Does anyone know how to make that happen?

Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition. If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there. Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.
