Hi,

I don’t know if this is helpful but I thought I would share my experience. I had a turbo card. Had my fees deducted from my return and had an advance. I used the get my payment tool and they needed me to enter my banking information. So I hope that’s a case with a lot of people versus paperchecks.

Why are some turbo cards getting stimulus and others are not?? Makes no sence i never got a notification like others and ive seen other people already recieving it on their tt cards im confused as to what the hell is going on im a single parent and would like to know whats going on

I’ve heard it has something to do with whether or not you got an advance or got your fees deducted from your return but I’m not certain

I am having a hard time getting the stimulus money also. Also had to go to irs site and hit the GRT my payment. I also had to reenter my baking info. They had no problem issuing the tax money, what's the hold up or difference Now? Is turbo card not getting a fee or something to handle the money ?

my card shows a negative balance of 9.90. i havent used it since july. i have called turbo several times and they hang up after waiting forever with a busy signal.
