Finished up? You cannot finish and file a 2020 return yet anyway. It is too soon. The IRS will not be accepting returns until the end of January. And now with the 2nd stimulus, some folks will be better off to wait until sometime in February when all of the forms and software is updated for the stimulus money recovery rebate.

And....if you wait until at least mid-January there are other free ways to prepare and file your tax return, A number of free software programs become available in a couple of weeks:

Or are you asking about filing a 2019 return? Are you talking about the Turbo Tax fees or a tax due?

If you want to file 2019 for free you can fill out the forms by hand. Here are some basic forms.....

Don’t forget your state. And you will have to print and mail your returns. So be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
