Was my bank account number sent to the IRS by Turbo Tax retained at the IRS so that the Russians in their cyber attack n the U.S. Treasury now have access to my bank account?

If you entered your bank routing and account number for a direct deposit or a direct debit that was sent with your tax return to the IRS.
