      <description>&lt;P&gt;TT does not assume that the refund on the original return is correct. Therefore, you must enter the refund you previously received increased by any deduction for penalties such as underpayment of estimated tax, late filing penalty, etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
