What payments? If you mean payments for tax you owed, TurboTax never knows how, when or even if you paid the tax you owed. Your proof that you paid will be your own bank/credit card records.

TT does not update after your return has been accepted. Your account will always show the result of the return you prepared using the software. TurboTax never knows if you received your refund —or how, when or even if you paid tax due. Your proof that you paid your tax will be your own bank/credit card records.

What payments are you referring to?

If you paid federal or state taxes owed from your bank or credit card, your proof of payment is your bank or credit card account statement showing the payment and the Payee.
