How & when did you file them "both at the same time" ? Did you mail them at the same time in SEPARATE ENVELOPES?

Sure hope you did not put all the income for two years on a tax return together and file it--that would have been a huge mistake. And online TurboTax was only for 2019 returns so if you used online for those returns that was also a big mistake.

Tell us what software you used and how you filed the returns--hopefully you used the correct downloaded desktop software and mailed the returns in separate envelopes. Mailed returns are taking a VERY long time to be processed by the IRS.

The IRS can look at your 2018 or 2019 return to issue a stimulus check. If they do not have a 2018 return then you may be waiting for them to finish processing 2019 before they will be able to use it to issue your stimulus check.

TurboTax has no control over your stimulus check, nor can TT track it for you or tell you when the IRS will issue it. Refer to the sites linked below:
