topic 5071c letter in After you file

I got the 5071c letter and verified my identity 4/4/19 the irs said ir would be going into processing I kept checking WMR and it would say the same thing it did before I got the 5071c letter , then I called on 4/28 the irs told me 9 weeks and that day my WMR status went showed processing with no bars. so it still has no bars or DDD and the irs told me that 6/6/19 would be 9 weeks

then turbox tax on 5/10/19 debited my account $129.88. Why? I still haven't received my money

TURBOTAX TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT

Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund? Is your refund taking an unusually long time to arrive? Or was your refund seized to pay a debt you owed? if so, you signed an agreement that says TT can withdraw its fees from your account. TurboTax would have sent several emails to you before they took the money out of your account.
