You cannot change your direct deposit information for a federal tax refund with the IRS.

TurboTax does not keep any of your bank information on file so nothing can be changed in TurboTax.

If your direct deposit information has changed then you would enter that information on the 2020 tax return you file in 2021 if you are receiving a 2020 federal tax refund.

And..Congress has not passed a second stimulus check. IF and when they do, you can hope for IRS guidelines for changing your banking information with the IRS---not with TurboTax. TurboTax is not in the middle of getting your stimulus check to you.
