      <description>&lt;P&gt;You must still have the 2006 program installed and operational which I highly don't believe you do.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;This is why you need to always save a paper copy and a PDF.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;What do you need a tax year that old for ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you just need a copy of your 2006 tax return, and you have the .tax file but you don't have the 2006 TurboTax software, you could try using the TaxPrinter service. You send them your .tax file and they send you back a PDF of the tax return, which you can then print with Acrobat Reader. TaxPrinter has no connection with TurboTax. I have never used TaxPrinter, so I cannot make a recommendation. I'm just making you aware of it. Here's a link to it.&lt;/P&gt;
