Perhaps,if they changed.

You send the 1040X and any other forms that changed by the amendment plus any added W-2 or 1099 with withholding.

Look at the 1040X ... you need to send anything needed to support the changes in column B and what was explained on page 2. Think this way ... if someone handed you the original return and the amended return could you reproduce the changes to get the return to look like the new 1040 in your PDF file.

IRS instructions are clear.

Attach only the forms and schedules that changed or were added due to your amendment.

If you are using TurboTax you have to do this by visual comparison. The program won't break out those pages for you.

I don't know what the amendment program does, if anything, differently.

Do not include your old 1040, nor your revised 1040 because the Form 1040X reflects any changes there and becomes your new tax return.
