You did not say whether your PA Schedule RK-1 was from a Partnership or an S-Corporation.

You will see a section called Schedule K-1 Income in the PA portion of TurboTax. Clicking Edit next to Partnership or S-Corp will bring up a screen to enter PA specific information. Check the box at that says This information is from a PA RK-1/NRK-1 (not a federal K-1).
