How do I add my 1095-A ?

To Whom,

Filed Jan 30, 2020. Still waiting on Federal return. I forgot to submit 1095-A. How do I do that now?

I did not receive a letter but my sister did. I probably should have. I have a new address so I'm guessing it wasn't forwarded. I just rechecked and in fact it my 1095-A was not added. Ugh
