If you sent the required forms as directed in the notice then all you can do is wait for the IRS to finish processing the return. Check the IRS site once a week until you see progress ... https://www.irs.gov/refunds

the IRS is waiting for you to supply by US Mail the missing information.

you said a line was not filled - where did you get that idea.?

there must be a letter explaining what is missing.

TurboTax does not receive any information from the IRS or your state after your return was filed, so no one at TurboTax knows about a letter you received from the IRS or the state. We have no way to know what line the IRS says you need to fix and your post did not tell us.

If you really cannot understand the letter and do not know how to respond to it:

TurboTax has a special phone number for help with IRS/state tax letters, which will be easier than going through regular Customer Support. At the page below, click on the blue button that says "Get Help from TurboTax Support". Then it will ask you what tax year is your letter. Then it will ask you what the letter concerns. Then it will show you the phone number during posted business hours.
