    <description>&lt;P&gt;And the internet bank I was using froze my account before the refund hit. Now I have no way to get in touch with irs to get them to mail me a check or send it to a different account because of the year of the return. Can someone help me how to fix this&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Okay so even if the 2019 I had previously filed had a different address? I no longer live at the 2019 address and I need it to go to the address on the 2018 return. It been 7 weeks already.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
