Hello, I amended my return and filled out the 1040x form. I just need to mail it now but It says to add changes or documents to support. The thing is that I never received my physical 1099 , I used the information on my unemployment benefits paid page. What do I need to mail it? How do I mail it?

If you included the information from the unemployment website, and entered the data from the 1099G that was there, that is all you needed. If it will let you print it out then you could attach it if any tax was withheld.

If this is for a 2019 amended return, you are able now to e-file a 2019 amended return--new development as of late August 2020.

You should be able to e-file in the FILE section of the software. No need for a link.
