"Mail tax refund"

What does that mean? Do you mean you want to mail your tax return to the IRS and/or state? If so, you have to print it, sign it and mail it in an envelope yourself. TurboTax does not mail it for you.

https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/printing/help/how-do-i-print-and-mail-my-return-in-turbotax-online/00/26258

Or do you mean you want the IRS and/or state to mail your refund to you instead of making a direct deposit? If you have not filed yet, you can choose/change how you want to receive your refund in the FILE section. If you already filed your tax return, you cannot change how you want to receive your refund.
