If you have filed your 2019 tax return the method of receiving the tax refund cannot be changed.

If you already filed a tax return requesting direct deposit, there is no way to change the bank account information that you provided. However, you might be able to stop the direct deposit and get a check sent in the mail instead. To do that you have to call the IRS at 800-829-1040.
