I order me a new turbocard over 2 weeks ago and still have not received my card please let me know why

@lpippin71 Your Turbo Visa Debit Card should arrive within 5-10 business days from the date you requested it. (Remember: Saturday, Sunday, and official holidays don't count as business days). If it has been more than 10 business days, please reach out to Customer Care for assistance.
