Refund Processed by IRS last Friday but not updated on TurboTax

When I checked the IRS "Where's my Refund?" page last Friday, it said my refund was processed. But when I go to TurboTax to check my status, it still just says my refund was accepted. Any ideas why there would be that delay on TurboTax? And how does a customer go about talking to an actual human being from TurboTax?

Turbo Tax will always say Accepted. After Turbo Tax transmits your return they are done with their part. The IRS doesn't update or tell Turbo Tax when they process and approve your refunds.
