after I efiled I see across the top the federal that I paid and the refund and also see a different amount and it says 2019 tax due Im so confused what does that mean?

Do you have a state refund? At the end Turbo Tax shows you a summary of the net combined federal and state. But that is only for your info. You will still get the full amount and need to pay any tax due separately yourself.

Yes I have a state refund but I did not see where I had to pay the state that amount.

where does it show who I have to pay? it only states an amount

Huh? If you have a refund you do not pay that amount. I said you will get the full state refund and need to pay the whole federal tax due. Turbo Tax just shows you the net combined amount for your own info.
